An IT AMC from Proto Link covers the systems your business actually runs on — servers, network, endpoints, firewalls and backups — with response times agreed in writing and our own engineers on site when it matters.
Most AMCs are written to limit what the provider has to do. Ours is written around keeping your environment working — here is what typically sits inside a contract.
We document what you actually have — servers, switches, endpoints, licences and where the weak points are.
You decide what is covered and how fast we must respond to each severity level. It goes in writing.
Monitoring, documentation and access are set up so the first incident is not the first time we look at your systems.
Remote and on-site support, scheduled maintenance visits, and a quarterly review of what broke and why.
An annual maintenance contract covers ongoing support and upkeep of your IT environment — typically servers, network equipment, firewalls, desktops and laptops, printers and backups. It includes remote and on-site support, scheduled preventive maintenance, patching, and monitoring. Hardware parts are usually quoted separately unless we agree otherwise upfront.
Response times are agreed before you sign, by severity. A site-wide outage or server failure gets the fastest response; a single user with a software issue is handled within the standard window. We put the actual hours in the contract rather than promising unlimited availability.
Yes. Many clients start with the critical infrastructure — servers, switches and firewalls — and add end-user devices later. The contract is priced on what is in scope, so a narrower scope costs less.
Both. Most issues are resolved remotely, which is faster for everyone. On-site visits are included for anything that genuinely needs hands on the hardware, plus scheduled preventive maintenance visits.
We diagnose, handle the warranty claim if the device is still covered, and supply replacement hardware if it is not. Because we also supply IT hardware, replacements are usually sourced quickly rather than leaving you waiting on a third party.
Yes. Contracts can start any month and are commonly aligned to your financial year. We audit first so nobody signs a contract based on assumptions about what is installed.
Send us a rough idea of your setup — number of users, servers, sites — and we will come back with a scoped AMC and a price.
