How it works

From the right plan to a working environment

Most licensing problems are not about price — they are about buying the wrong plan, or buying the right one and never configuring it. We handle both ends.

STEP 01

We review what you actually use

Headcount, mailboxes, devices, and which staff genuinely need desktop apps or advanced security.

STEP 02

We quote the right mix

Often a blend — Business Standard for most staff, Premium or E3 only where it is needed.

STEP 03

We deploy and migrate

Tenant setup, mailbox migration, device enrolment and user onboarding, with minimal downtime.

STEP 04

We support it afterwards

Renewals, seat changes, security policy and day-to-day support under an AMC if you want it.

Common questions

Microsoft licensing questions we get asked

Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for my business?

For most UAE SMEs, Microsoft 365 Business Standard covers it — hosted email plus the full desktop Office apps. Choose Business Basic if your staff only need webmail and Teams, and Business Premium if you also need device management and advanced threat protection. Above 300 users, or where compliance and analytics matter, you move to Microsoft 365 E3 or E5. We usually recommend a mix rather than putting everyone on the same plan.

Can you take over licenses we already bought elsewhere?

Yes. Existing subscriptions can be transferred to us at renewal, or sooner in most cases, without losing data, mailboxes or user accounts. Your tenant stays exactly as it is — only the billing and support relationship changes.

Do you supply single licenses, or only bulk?

Both. We supply from a single seat upward, and handle large multi-seat rollouts with volume or Open Value agreements where that works out cheaper.

Are these genuine, fully activated licenses?

Yes. Every licence we supply is genuine, correctly registered to your organisation, and activated properly — not resold keys of unclear origin. You keep full ownership of your tenant and your data.

Do you help after the license is activated?

That is the part most resellers skip. We handle tenant configuration, mailbox and file migration, device enrolment, security policies and user training, and can carry it forward under an AMC so renewals and day-to-day issues are covered.

Can you manage our Azure subscription and billing?

Yes — provisioning, sizing, reserved instances to cut compute costs, backup and disaster recovery, and consolidated billing so Azure spend is predictable rather than a surprise each month.
