This is the part most sellers overlook. Every drive that comes to us is either securely wiped to recognised standards or physically destroyed, and we confirm in writing which was done. For corporate clearances we can wipe on your premises before anything leaves the building — useful when policy will not allow live data off site.

We collect. Collection is arranged from your office or site anywhere in the UAE, including packing and removal for larger clearances. You are welcome to drop off smaller quantities if that is easier.
For straightforward lots, on collection. For larger or mixed consignments that need testing and counting, payment follows verification — usually the same or next working day, with the basis of the price agreed beforehand.

Yes. Faulty units still have value in parts and materials. Tell us it is faulty when you send the list — it changes the price, not our interest.
No fixed minimum. We handle single high-value items like servers, switches or GPUs, and full office clearances of several hundred units. Very small mixed lots are usually best combined with a collection we already have in your area.
