LinkLedger came out of a problem we had ourselves: quotes in Word, invoices in Excel, purchase orders in a third place, and figures at the end of the month that never quite agreed. Nothing we tried fitted a company that quotes, sells, buys from suppliers and needs to know the margin afterwards, so we built one.
It runs on a PC in your own office rather than somebody else’s server. A quotation becomes an invoice without being retyped. The purchase order you raised against a job stays attached to it, so the profit on that job is a number you look at rather than one you work out.

We are a trading and IT business in Dubai. We raise quotations, chase payments, send purchase orders to distributors and argue about margins, exactly like our clients do. Anything we put our name on has to survive that first.
That is why there is one product on this page and not ten. LinkLedger runs our own paperwork every working day. If it stopped being good enough for us, it would stop being on sale.
